Additional nights are charged at same rate as the fifth night.

Maximum number of people 6.

Children under 12 are charged at 50% of adult rate.
For example 2 adults and 1 child for a 4 night stay would be charged €440.

The apartment is fully cleaned with fresh bed linen, towels etc, prior to stay.

Cots and bedding can be arranged for infants.

Bookings/reservations must be confirmed with a 25% deposit (non refundable) within 5 working days by way of electronic bank transfer or secure online credit card payment. Full payment to made up on arrival at the flat in Rome.

Security deposit: A security deposit of €200 is required on arrival and the balance will be refunded on departure.

An airport transfer service is available on request from both Fiumicino (€45) and Ciampino (€35).
